Check-Out Checklist
During the week:
- A few days after arrival contact the cleaners (see “contacts”) to notify of departure date/time.
- Re-stock consumables as needed:
tall kitchen trash bags, laundry detergent. dishwashing liquid, dishwasher
detergent, toilet or facial tissue, paper towels, etc.
Check-Out Day:
- Leave a $200 check (not cash) payable to "Big Horn Cleaners." Zelle is possible but confirm with Kristin Benjdid by text/phone.
- Strip all bed-linens; put them and used towels by the washer and start a load.
- Secure all garbage, trash and glass and take to dumpster (near pool / clubhouse).
- Recyclables can be dropped at the recycle center near Exxon in canyon - note current info in condo (changes periodically...currently glass is not accepted)
- Discard perishables from refrigerator, freezer, and in cupboard. Do not assume follow-on guests want or need any items you leave in the refrigerator UNLESS you contact them to confirm their interest.
- Run sink disposer to ensure that it is clean of garbage.
- Return both garage door openers to kitchen drawer.
- Ensure Pool key is returned to kitchen area.
- Turn all heating units down to 60 F.
- Drain humidifiers
- Clean Fireplace after final use; close damper before leaving.
- Secure and lock front door. Suggest not locking door from garage into condo (easy to lock yourself out).
